We walked to most of the main attractions, restaurants, and bars from this great location, which is also close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and cosy hour from 5 to 6, with a complimentary drink for each guest, was such a lovely idea. We skipped breakfast, though the pastries looked delicious. Our room was small but warm and cosy in the -4°C weather, with a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a beautiful view that got me up early for the sunrise. It was a lovely place to come back to after sightseeing. The price for three nights was great. We had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend it more.

A great find, 10/10. The rooms and location were both great, very close to Norreport, and the front desk staff were so kind throughout my stay and helped however they could. Best hotel in Copenhagen.

Julie at reception was so kind right from the start and made us feel welcome. We were looking for somewhere relaxed to have a drink and talk without much noise, and this bar was just right. It was comfortable and easy to sit and enjoy the evening at our own pace, with enough quiet to have a proper conversation. We'd definitely come back 😊.

8/10
The hotel is in a lovely central spot, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, though it could use a little attention to its decor. The mattresses weren't great either, which seems common to me in Scandinavian hotels.

8/10
The central location makes everything easy to reach, and the front desk staff are generally welcoming, helpful, and nice. On level 6, the room's height restrictions leave a big area practically unusable. Also, because of language issues, be sure to clarify whether there will be any extra charges, so you can avoid an unexpected and unpleasant conversation.
