Locke Copenhagen was a lovely stay. The room had a stylish, modern feel, was spotless, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect.

Mie at reception was a huge help with things like early check-in. I had a brilliant stay at this new hotel and will definitely be back in the summer.

We only stopped here during a long layover in Copenhagen, and I’m already ready to return. The space was decorated so perfectly, especially all the light fixtures. Its design and practicality gave us ideas for our own house. The front desk agent was very helpful, and there are bikes to rent too. You might notice the train yard sounds if you’re a more sensitive traveler. We’re used to city noise and sleep with white noise, so it didn’t bother us. Looking forward to staying again when we come back to Copenhagen!

The hotel looks newly built, and the space is modern, clean, and cozy. The only possible issue was that the Wi-Fi password in the room was wrong, though I didn’t need to use it.

Communication with reception was very good, and they were helpful throughout our stay. The location is central too. Housekeeping, on the other hand, was terrible. Our blanket was extremely dirty. When we asked for cleaning, they made the bed and changed the towels, but didn’t clean anything else. They didn’t vacuum or wipe the dirty marks near the sink or toilet. Dust was everywhere, which made the room very uncomfortable.
