We had a lovely stay, and breakfast was a real pleasure. There was English breakfast with different eggs, Danish options including smørrebrød and fish such as smoked mackerel, plus cold cuts, cheese including brie, yogurt toppings, and a few pastries like Danish pastries and croissants. Plenty of juice and milk, along with lots of vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Our room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It had an armchair, desk, stylish clothes hanger, and shoe rack. The view from the higher floors was amazing. An ironing board and iron were available, though the hotel also offers ironing services. The lounge was beautiful, too. I did find the amenities a bit lacking for such a large chain: just shower caps, shoe shiner, a few tea bags and instant Nescafé coffee. The hand and body lotion bottle in the bathroom was empty when we arrived and was never refilled. Check-in uses a self-service counter, with a very kind staff member there to help. I would still prefer a hotel this size to have a visible reception desk you can go to.

The lobby looks and feels very nice, and breakfast is fantastic, both the food and the setting. It's well situated for getting around by bus or metro. Rooms are okay, with great views, but some things are missing, like TV casting and easy-to-reach charging sockets. The closets are open, which I personally don't like much. Still, it's excellent value for money.

What I remember most is how warm and friendly everyone on staff was. Dario at reception was attentive to my requests and made sure things were handled efficiently. Sahar at the bar was sweet and helpful, patiently walking me through the choices and suggesting good alternatives. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and it made the stay very comfortable.

Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and was generally very good. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout, from check-in to leaving. The location is close to the center, public transport, and key sights, yet the hotel still feels calm and comfortable. One snag was the breakfast timing: although it ran until 10:00 a.m., items started being cleared shortly after, so arriving around 9:45 a.m. left us feeling rushed. The Radisson Blu Scandinavia pairs Scandinavian style with dependable comfort and service. I'd recommend it for business or leisure trips to Copenhagen and would happily stay again.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty to choose from, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our clean, stylish room was well equipped, and from the 10th floor we had a stunning view of the city and the lakes. We stayed 3 nights in December. We picked this higher-end hotel for its views and convenient access to Tivoli Gardens, Nyhavn, Strøget, the shopping street, and City Hall Square. Public transport was close by: bus 5C stopped just outside, and the Metro was a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around and reach the airport.
