Regent 15 - Bright 1 Bdr Apt Right in the Centre of Copenhagen

The room was on the expensive side for its size, but it had everything I needed and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was the same set each of my seven days, which was fine by me. It was tasty, with breads and juices, and I liked being able to ask for eggs the way I wanted them. The hotel is stylish and near lots of shops and places to visit. The staff were great, especially Patricia, who took time to suggest restaurants and other spots.

I’d happily stay here again when visiting Copenhagen with my wife. The design is distinctive, the service was good, and the location beside Magasin du Nord and Kongens Nytorv makes it easy to explore or shop. Staff at both reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but practical. For a work trip, though, I missed having a desk or table, so I’m not sure I’d pick it again as a business traveler.

I especially appreciated getting an email after checkout asking for feedback, then hearing back from the manager after I filled it in. That felt professional and showed they pay attention to reviews. The staff were polite and friendly, and I’d be happy to return. My room was clean with a very comfortable bed, though its first-floor position over the delivery area wasn’t ideal. It was a standard-sized superior room with a balcony that might have been nicer higher up. I liked the Bose system for streaming music and sending videos or films from my phone to the TV. They also left a bottle of water each day. I didn’t try breakfast, but it looked good. I chose the hotel for its location and was pleasantly surprised. 4.5/5.

The hotel is cozy, well located, and the room was thoughtfully designed. Still, our room felt small for two people. I’d booked a month ahead, so I wondered if we’d been given a different room, or if they’re all generally small.
