Farizza at reception made our visit especially pleasant. She was covering the front desk, check-in, and bar when we arrived on Thursday morning after a 12-hour flight from Singapore. She was patient, polite, kind, and helpful, and gave us useful suggestions for dining, places to visit, travel, and other logistics. My wife and I were in Copenhagen for two nights starting 14 May. It was our second visit to the city, but our first time at Scandic Norreport. The location and service were both great. Thank you, Scandic Norreport!

The rooftop bar has a wonderful view for evening drinks, and breakfast had a very good range. My room on the fifth floor was comfortable. Check-in is on the sixth floor. The hotel is across from the Metro and close to places to eat and convenience stores. I’d recommend it to others.

After all my flights were cancelled, I arrived straight from the street at 2:40 in the morning. This was the closest hotel to the metro station, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, with stunning views from the restaurant. I hope to come back.

I stayed here for my birthday, and my boyfriend arranged a small surprise with the staff at no charge. They also upgraded us to a better room with a great city view. The hotel is central, and our room was perfect and clean. No complaints at all.

Getting around was easy, with central Copenhagen and the metro close by. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. This boutique style hotel had a large room, comfortable beds, and a good-sized bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, including lots of fresh, healthy, local options.
