Breakfast was amazing, with loads of choices and really delicious food. The staff were lovely too, especially Radoslava, who was extremely friendly. The location is handy, close to the train station, city centre and main sights. The rooms are a decent size and have what you need, and the hotel is really nice for the price.

For the price, I enjoyed the quality. It’s a great value-for-money place, clean and quiet, and everything worked fine. Breakfast was good too. Just don’t expect food at lunchtime if you get hungry at 13.00, since the restaurant and room service only start at 17.00. It’s not Hilton, so it depends what you’re after, but I’d recommend it.

The staff were friendly and pleasant, and dealt with the very loud guests playing music at 4am on my floor both times I reported it. The 5C bus is nearby for the airport, and most museums are a 5/10-minute walk away. The clean hotel has a nice feel, though at times it seemed more like a hostel. My King room had a king-sized bed but two single duvets. There were only a few towels for our three-night stay, so we had to ask reception for more. The hairdryer was weak, the lights confusing, and there was no fridge. Room cleaning has to be booked through an app, which I don’t like. Luggage storage also costs extra, even though cheaper hotels have let me leave bags free for a few hours around check-in or check-out. Online check-in wasn’t seamless either. The link asked me to pay for the room again, though it was already paid. I contacted the hotel and got no response, but checking in at the desk went fine.

We were satisfied and would book here again. The rooms are modern, stylish and very clean, though they may feel a bit impersonal. Beds and bathroom were fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast upstairs was fantastic, with a wide fresh selection, unlimited coffee and juice, and waffles you can make yourself. The ground-floor breakfast was above average too, but crowded. Which area you can use depends on your room booking. The waterfront location is central, close to the station, Tivoli and other main attractions. The room price seemed fair at first, but parking is expensive. Spa and pool access, plus luggage storage, also cost extra, while comparable hotels include them.
