For Denmark, the price wasn’t high, and the accommodation was clean and in good order. It’s simple, with everything available for cooking your own food, plus a washing machine. The location is good, near the coast and not too far from the centre of copenhagen. I stayed for two nights. Check-in is self-service, and I’d recommend it if you’re after somewhere affordable and proper in copenhagen.

It’s easy to get to, clean, and close to amenities. There’s a free gym pass too. It feels like staying in a fancy hotel without having to bump into people.

We stayed four nights, and our apartment was infested with bedbugs. They said they were mosquitos and dismissed what we reported. We asked to move rooms, but they said it wasn’t possible during high season and refused to reimburse us. We sent pictures of the bedbugs and our bites every day, but in the end they said they hadn’t found anything. DO NOT STAY!

The worst part was losing sleep. From 6:00 AM, there was thumping techno bass, probably from the gym, coming through the walls as vibrations. It wasn’t noticeable during the day with all the city noise. Roof construction is due to continue until October 2026, starting around 7:00 AM. The rental company was only reachable by email and had a “can't do anything about it” attitude instead of taking action. On the plus side, it’s close to the metro, spacious, and has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washing machine. The old elevator and 4th floor are better suited to people with young legs or good fitness. Street parking is free but difficult, and there’s Q-park behind the building, where you can buy a ticket at the entrance.
