The apartments were modern and clean, and the area felt safe. There are two supermarkets, a coffee shop, a bakery, and restaurants right below. A beautiful, large park is within walking distance.

The flat was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a very large bathroom. There was a TV in the hall with an Apple stick. The location is a little out of the way, but manageable, around a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. Getting to the airport took about 40 minutes with bus and train changes. A taxi would have been faster.

The construction noise went on all week, both in front of the building and in the backyard. It was also around 25 degrees inside with no air conditioning, so opening the windows meant hearing the builders. We stayed a week, and the whole experience was a disappointment, especially the underground garage. I’d choose a regular hotel and save the money and stress. Parking was a mess. It was very hard to tell where parking was allowed, and the signs seemed deliberately unclear. One example: parking wasn’t allowed in the section on the right as you enter, but the sign was buried deep inside it. There was no sign or warning at the entrance to the restricted area. Even finding a free spot was a challenge, and we still got fined for a spot without a “Private” sign. Appealing the fine didn’t work. Avoid this place, especially the garage.

The apartment was well maintained, and we had a good stay with a good host. Metro connections aren’t great, with the nearest option about 1 km away, but the bus service is good.
