The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, and Tivoli was about a 30-minute walk away if you like walking. The room was meant for three, but still felt very small, though cozy. For one or two people, I think it works fine. For the amount I paid, I could have had a much larger, more luxurious room in Malaysia, but where's the fun in that? Copenhagen is expensive, so you have to go with it and keep your expectations modest. Security seemed decent.

I stayed three nights. The price is good by Copenhagen standards, and it's close to public transport. The Wi-Fi worked, the TV worked, and breakfast was fine. If you just need somewhere to sleep and aren't after luxury, it's a good option.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was good, but breakfast was nothing special. There was no hot food like scrambled eggs or bacon, and the breakfast room felt depressing. Summer gets hot, and there's no air conditioning, though the staff did have fans guests could borrow.

The rooms were clean and compact, but had what we needed. The shower was really poor, though, and soaked the bathroom. It also got uncomfortably hot and we couldn't open a window. To be fair, we were there during very hot weather.
