Hotel de Ville

The employees were so nice that I felt compelled to leave a review. We also found it a very good place for week-long meetings or workshops. There are plenty of well-equipped meeting rooms, and the meals and cake were organized really smoothly.

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. The spa was lovely too. Breakfast was decent, though there could be more variety. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The bed was incredible and I slept like a dream, and the shower was great too. Staff stayed friendly and helpful throughout, which made a difference. Dinner and breakfast were okay, though I would've liked more choice in yogurts and salads, or some pancakes. The room only had two bottles of water and no snacks. There was a confusing mix-up at check-in: no ID was requested, and I was quickly given a room under a similar booking name. When we tried to use the indoor pool, we found out that the room belonged to another guest and didn't include pool access. Staff fixed it, and I was eventually able to use the pool. I do think the room I had booked was better than the one I got. Heavy rain was coming through the ceiling above the indoor pool, close to the lights. It looked concerning and many guests moved to other parts of the hotel. The booking I'd made through the website included pool access, dinner, and breakfast. Check-in itself was smooth, but with these issues, the overall stay didn't feel worth what I paid.

The wellness facilities are beautiful, and the restaurant is worth a visit for its elegant, refined dishes. It's near a superb beach.
