The owners made us feel very welcome, and this was excellent value. They left loads of food and treats at no extra cost: milk, bread, cheese, cold meats, yogurt, fresh farm eggs, fruit, cereal, apple juice, tea, coffee, wine, lager and chocolate. They even arranged freshly baked croissants for the morning. The kitchen had all we needed, including a coffee machine, which was a lovely bonus. Bedding was fresh and clean, and towels were provided. There’s Wi-Fi, and the TV lets you log into your Netflix account. Our youngest teenager enjoyed the Xbox and games, while younger children can use the Lego table, books and games. We also liked seeing the animals on site. We only stayed one night on the way to the ferry, but would have been glad to stay longer.

The lodge had more than we expected: fruit, salt and pepper, a Playstation and games, plus a table for building Lego. The place was clean, and the owners are very kind. We had a really nice stay and I recommend it.

We stayed one night because we were flying out of Billund airport. The welcome was warm, the service was amazing, and everything was very clean. It’s a good family place and I’d recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay. Thanks again to the host, you were a star. Take care, and I’ll definitely stay again.

A great place for an outdoor break, with everything you need and good hosts. They brought out fresh croissants every morning. It’s also close to Legoland. A+++.

A short drive from Legoland, and very good value for money. We had a comfortable stay, with a friendly, welcoming host, a lovely location, a nice breakfast and a pet-friendly setup.
