I got a very warm welcome. The room was clean and a good size, and the bathroom was a full wet room with a lovely hot shower.

Very bad experience with dishonest management. We booked through booking.com, then immediately asked to cancel because of a mistake. The staff saw our request but refused to do anything. They tried to charge us about 26€ for the cancellation, and only allowed it after we paid. The management seemed to be in on this practice. I don't recommend this hotel, there was no trust. This happened on 5 of August.

The host was kind about my early arrival and let me into my room before check-in. I'd been stuck on Danica after the freighter got loose in the harbor in fredrikshavn, so I hadn't slept the night before reaching Hirtshals. The staff were really helpful and friendly. 5/5, thank you 🙏

Handy spot, close to the waterfront and places to eat.

The view was awesome, and the room had a big bed. Good value too when paying in aussie dollars.
