Breakfast was a real highlight the next morning, with plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and everything tasting good. Dinner was the letdown: it took a long time, and the food didn't feel up to a 5 star hotel's standard. My fish arrived without a side, and nobody checked whether I wanted one. It was bland, with no real seasoning or sauce, and so buttery it felt oily. The dumplings were nicer, though still not worth the price or the standard set elsewhere in the hotel. We were there as a couple and had a lovely stay otherwise. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the decor and amenities felt high quality. Staff were warm from the start, offering us a welcome glass of champagne three times, each by a different person. We enjoyed most of our first afternoon at the pool club, where the service was attentive. We hadn't realized the rooftop pool area wasn't fully finished yet, so that's useful to know ahead of time. This new resort has a lot of potential, and a few changes, especially at the restaurant, could make it a standout.

The sea views made the location a real plus. We were looked after very well, and the pools, sauna, and fire room were all great. The bars felt cosy, and we had fun with pool, darts, and shuffleboard. Breakfast was lovely too, and the dumplings from the pool bar were delicious. We had a wonderful time.

I had a fantastic one-day stay on a business trip. It's a brand new, high-quality place, and the service was excellent. The spa's glass roof is great, and the south-facing sauna has big windows that let in the Danish winter sun. That felt very well thought out. The downside was the music. There seem to be about 1000 Bose loudspeakers, placed every 4 meters around the hotel, and music was playing loudly in every shared area: reception, restaurant, spa, sauna, and all the outdoor spaces, including the fantastic heated pool. If you want quiet, you have to go to your room or 100 metres away from the place. Hopefully they'll take this on board and hire a different ambient music adviser.

The hotel itself is fantastic and the service is amazing. I would recommend going, but not if you're expecting a full spa experience. For a luxury spa hotel, the facilities felt disappointing to me: three heated pools and a sauna just isn't enough to call it a luxury spa.

If you're nearby, even in Copenhagen, just go for a night. Everything was great, and the hotel and service were among the best I've had in a long time. Congratulations to the TEAM.
