Marianne and Kenneth made us feel right at home during our unforgettable night at their farm in Nyord. It’s a quiet, authentic little paradise surrounded by beautiful nature. We found a magical sunset spot just a five-minute walk away, and had a delicious dinner at the farm with local food and the option to cook on the barbecue. Breakfast the next morning had lots of fresh, tasty choices. The Dark Sky Tour was another highlight, a fascinating stargazing experience made even more special by the surroundings. A charming hidden gem.

This tiny island is linked to Møn, has only about 30 residents, and is a wonderful place for birdwatching. The old farmhouse dates from 1870 and has been modernized twice. Everything you need is available, though we did have to share a bathroom with the neighboring room. Mosquitoes were also out in force this time of year. The service was great, and the BBQ dinner we requested was delicious.

Marianne and Kenneth have a real gem here: clean, cozy, and easygoing. They give great suggestions for outings and share some knowledge about the stars. Leave yourself time to explore the island and enjoy how peaceful it is.

Nyord was beautiful, and Marianne and Kenneth were both helpful, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. We loved the breakfast and had a wonderful stay. Just remember to bring bug spray!
