The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection, and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were great, the bed was cosy, the room spacious, and the location put us close to everything. Getting to the right hotel was confusing, though. There was a sign at the door pointing to one hotel, then we were told to go to another. I’d received some details beforehand, but the booking and emails didn’t say clearly which one to go to. Clearer instructions would have helped. We also didn’t have hand soap, hair conditioner, or an iron in the room, and would have appreciated a few more basics. Why are thin square pillows everywhere so far? Haha

My loft room was small but had an ensuite, hairdryer, and WiFi. It was a bit warm, especially with the winter duvets on the bed.

There’s hardly room to put your suitcase down or open it because the rooms are so tiny. The bathroom has no ventilation. The location is good, but Odense is small, so I’d stay somewhere else and walk five minutes more to get wherever you need to go.

The beds are decent and the location is the only real plus. My bathroom had no ventilation, so the room never smelled fresh, and there were someone else’s used contact lenses right beside where I was sleeping. The WiFi wasn’t very good either. Lots of stairs, so not suitable for big suitcases. Staff weren’t much help.
