Fladbro Kro

The rooms were roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was ready in the room, laid out in a basket and in the fridge, which worked perfectly with our early departure. The downside was hearing the neighbors through the thin walls. That noise is why I gave the room only three stars.

Update: The hotel got in touch afterward and offered a refund. I accepted, and really appreciate it after such a tough night. When I arrived at 11:30 at night, the room had no heating and it was about four or five degrees. I called the hotel, but no one answered, so I had to stay in the freezing room. Most of the amenities didn't work either, though at least the bathroom had a light. The staff apologized, but a hotel should be reachable for guests at night, even when it's late. I tried calling again at 8:30 in the morning and still got no answer. I can't recommend the hotel.

I stayed there in winter, when there were no employees on site. It was okay, though I imagine it would have made a better impression in summer. The restaurant was closed, which may also have affected my impression.

A good spot for a quick stay, and breakfast is arranged really well. The rooms were okay, but the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear people talking next door. That was disappointing.
