Fjordgaarden seems like a great choice for a relaxing spa break in a pleasant setting. Clean facilities, an excellent breakfast, and great staff all helped make the guest experience positive.

Breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was helpful. I was there for a business trip, and the hotel was solid overall. I didn’t use the SPA area.

The hotel was quiet, nice, and good value for money, but our first holiday with a baby left me unsure about recommending it. We’d booked the in-sink room and, after checking in, realized it was too small with all the baby stuff. When we asked to upgrade, reception wasn’t helpful and said the hotel was fully booked, even though checking online showed availability. They should offer good service to the guests who are already there.

The staff went out of their way to make the stay feel perfect. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable, with great value for money too. I’d be happy to return.

The Spa is best in class, and the rooms are bright, modern, and clean. For the price, though, I can’t understand why our room didn’t have a walk-in shower. Even with a stay longer than 3 nights, the spa area costs extra, and I’d have expected at least one entry to be free. Having stayed in many hotels in denmark, I’d say this was one of the best, but the price is too high given those points. If price doesn’t matter, this is the hotel for you.
