For a reasonably priced, comfortable stay with a good breakfast included, this place had its good points. But the booking and communication problems made things really hard for us as tourists in our 60s and 70s. When we booked, we were warned we might need to move rooms for the second night. On Saturday afternoon, we came back to find all our things had been moved, although nobody mentioned it that morning before we went out. They said they’d tried to phone. Around noon on Sunday, they called to say we had to take our belongings because we’d only booked two nights. We were sure it was three and offered to show the staff member’s text messages when we got back. They said they’d check with her, but never got back to us. Later, our things were in our room again, stuffed into backpacks and plastic bags. It took an hour to find one phone at the bottom of a backpack. When we called, they said their booking process had caused the problem because it was entered as two separate bookings. I was worried about my passport, but found it under the mattress where I’d left it. The room wasn’t cleaned, presumably because they’d realized we really had booked and paid for a third night. There was no staff on duty over the weekend after breakfast, so we couldn’t speak to anyone, and nobody apologized. Make sure to confirm your booked dates and length of stay.

The room was nice, and breakfast was okay. But you have to eat in your room, and there’s no staff there. Really, you get a bedroom and not much else.

There was a lot of noise from the fitness center in the same building.
