Breakfast could have been better, the egg had no taste. The hotel itself was nice and close to the water, and I really enjoyed the spa. Roksana gave me the best face massage I've had. It was a good experience overall, and I'd come back :)

The rooms are cozy and fine, though the beds were a little too soft for me. Breakfast was good, and dinner at the restaurant was too. Drinks felt a bit pricey. The staff were friendly, and I could order food and drinks on my phone while in the spa. Its facilities come close to excellent, with lovely warm air, though the big pool could use one more degree to get rid of that chill. I found the stay relaxing and revitalizing, and we'll be back soon. I've visited both with my wife and with our grown-up kids. Just keep in mind that spa entry is for ages 16 and up, and room access starts at 14:00, so there's no point arriving earlier.

There’s a cozy lounge stocked with board games, cards, and dice, and the rooms were very clean. The sea view from the room was amazing, but the decor felt odd. The wall clock didn't work, and lamps hung over a chair instead of the little table between the chairs. Small things, but noticeable. There were no water bottles, and the glasses were tiny if you wanted a drink.

The pools were decent, but the outdoor one was awkward to reach. When we got there, it was packed with about 15 middle-aged men and a few women, probably at a company party. They were drunk and kept belly-flopping. Staff never stepped in, even though there were cameras. It was so loud, with water splashing into the outdoor jacuzzi, that my boyfriend and I couldn't relax or talk. What's the point of an adults' spa if grown men can act like kids? The saunas also had no towels to sit on, which felt really unhygienic and made them unusable. We came for my birthday and booked just the spa and tapas, no room, so this is only about the day. The entrance was lush and pretty, with relaxing music and a pleasant scent. The changing and shower area was an interesting setup, and the shampoo and conditioner were high quality. That was where the nice parts mostly stopped for me. The dark-haired girl with a ponytail was completely flat and lifeless, not a hint of a smile or a pleasant tone. I didn't expect that from a spa that's won so many awards across Denmark, especially at these prices. The tapas arrived ready-made in plastic packages, which was really disappointing. We had to take them to a separate lounge to eat, and there was no water dispenser there, so we'd have to go downstairs for water. The food was okay, but the platter had eight kinds of meat and no fruit or vegetables to balance the flavours. They gave us bread without butter. This is Denmark, isn't it? Drinks were also ridiculously expensive considering how much admission already cost. A lot of the lockers were broken, and so was my bracelet. It made me suspect management had got lazy after winning awards. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone who cares about luxury and standards. I'd consider it at 30-40% off, when it would feel just about worth the money.

The staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a wide choice of food. I stayed two nights on a business trip and had a nice experience. My room was very large and bright, almost like a junior suite, with a comfortable king-size bed. Check-out could be better. I definitely recommend this hotel.
