The hotel is quiet and sits right by a marina, with clean, decent rooms and a good breakfast. The city centre is about a 30-minute walk away. Just know that Skive gets very quiet after 9 p.m.

A minimalist place in a nice, very quiet winter location. I stayed in a small family house, and it was easy to see that some maintenance was needed, especially replacing parts in the bathroom. Breakfast didn't offer many options.

The apartments were especially good, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The sea view is lovely, and having a kitchen of your own is a big plus if, like me, you travel a lot and don't want to eat at yet another restaurant.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful, and the separate unit we stayed in was perfectly located down by the beach. It made a great base for our Denmark adventure while we attended the IIHF tournament in Herning. Skive itself is beautiful, and we had fun day trips to Silkeborg and Herning.

A great place to stay in Skive if you want to be surrounded by rich natural scenery. The rooms are bright and spacious, with lake-view options. The hotel staff were gracious, cheerful, and really amazing.
