Skovly

There was no heat or access to the bathroom, and nobody answered my calls or messages. Avoid.

Skovly has been our regular home base for overnight visits during the three years our son has been at boarding school in Viborg. It's well located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are good and service-minded, and it's affordable too. Now he's got a hat on, so this was our last time needing to stay there. But if we ever came back, we'd choose Skovly again. Thanks for this time.

The room was fine for our weekend, but there was a musty smell in the bathroom from the moment we arrived. After the first shower, we found out the drain was blocked, so it clearly wasn't a new issue. We contacted the landlord about it and another question, but got no reply either time. Parking can also become a problem when there are too many cars.

We came back to Skovly for a second visit, and the whole place is finished now. There’s a common room, plus breakfast, snacks, and drinks you can buy. Everything feels clean and carefully put together. They’ve made great use of the old university building.
