We had a pretty nice family stay, and the kids were happiest at the pool. We all liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and it was great being so near the beach. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the condo when we arrived, though, and the front desk could have been more responsive. I also didn’t like having to pay every time we wanted the room cleaned.

The location is amazing, right on the beach, with lots of shoreline and guest loungers and umbrellas. The complex has a great central pool, although it got a little dirty after a couple of storms. There’s parking and guards on site. Our unit only had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, even though some units have kitchenettes, so check which one you’re booking and what it includes. There’s no maid service, but laundry is available for a fee. The poolside bar has a grill, but we found its food expensive and not as good as nearby restaurants within walking distance. I recommend these condo rentals for couples and families with kids.

We stayed in k 104 and loved how close it was to both the beach and the pool. The place was quiet, but still near everything we wanted, including restaurants about a 5-minute walk away. The pool was large, clean, and beautiful, and the beach was beautiful too. Highly recommend.

William made everything easy and convenient for us. The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the location felt very safe, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our room had plenty of space, the beach was right in front, and the pool was a nice place to relax. There was also a great little bar and restaurant with very good service.

I’m really disappointed and absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. I only needed to change the dates of my stay, but after 6 phone calls over 3 weeks, they said no and it cost me 700USD. There’s no flexibility, and the staff were useless and unhelpful. They didn’t do what they said they would, and couldn’t make any decisions without referring to “the Manager.” He’s never on-site, apparently in Switzerland, and is totally unavailable, so getting in touch with him is impossible.
