Nice setting and a decent-sized pool, but there’s a lot of construction noise right now from the block behind.

The apartment’s a great place to spend time, with an outdoor patio balcony, full kitchen, and espresso machine. The pool is clean and warm, and there’s security at the entrance, so I feel safe walking around. My friends and I have an amazing time here every year we visit the Punta Cana area. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with nice décor and crisp sheets. It’s near a small village with good coffee, fresh tropical fruit, burger spots, and places to get a beer. I’ve seen new restaurants opening, so there may be even more choices nearby. It’s a magical spot in an amazing tropical destination.

The owners were so friendly and answered all my questions. The place was spotless and really well located, close to both the beach and restaurants. I had the best time here!

The neighborhood is very peaceful, even though clubs and all kinds of restaurants are just a few steps away. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool is large, neighbors respect the shared-living rules, security staff are very friendly, and there’s plenty of parking.

Everything was just right for what I needed, and I’ll definitely come back. Matías, the son, gave me a warm welcome, and Patricia, the owner, was very kind too. I’m absolutely thrilled with this apartment. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Best regards, Karola
