The buffet and beach staff were all amazing and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Gabriel, Luis, and Robert kept us entertained by the pool with all kinds of activities, including zumba, bingo, and water aerobics. They made the trip memorable. Thanks for making it one I won’t forget. I’m definitely coming back!

The food was nice, and the buffet had everything you could think of. There are shuttles around the resort, which made getting between places much easier. I also enjoyed the nightly shows and daytime pool entertainment. The beach was clean, and you could rent kayaks for a limited time each day. I spent six days here during the last week of April. Everyone was friendly, but I definitely didn’t enjoy being asked every minute why I was alone. As a clean freak, I found the room, sheets, and towels nowhere near clean enough. The curtains and chairs were heavily stained, which made the room even less comfortable. I’d expected some quiet spots to read or relax in a hammock, but was disappointed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the pool. The resort met or exceeded my expectations. Seaweed was an issue on most days, though it seems hit or miss, and they could put in a little more work on it. Meals were what I expected, from good at the buffet to very good at the a la carte restaurants. Great value for the dollar at a DR resort!

The grounds are stunning, and this resort is enormous. The carts are great, the drivers are fun, and you barely have to wait before one takes you anywhere. The beach is beautiful, though there was a lot of seaweed during the last couple of days. The rooms are dated but huge and fully functional. They were cleaned spotlessly, and the mini fridge was restocked daily. The staff are what really make the place. After years in hospitality, I have high standards, and the service here was amazing. Juan by the pool was always bringing drinks as soon as he saw me, Luis at the bar made his special drinks, and the entertainment, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance teams were wonderful. Milandy at the buffet was especially warm, attentive, and happy to greet us each day. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were good. We rented a car to explore the country, and nearby downtown and Fiuza were fantastic. Lovely people everywhere we met. I highly recommend the resort and will definitely return.
