The people here are what make this hotel top tier. Our accommodation was excellent, with large, clean rooms and security that felt top notch. I’d definitely call it a five-star hotel, even though there’s always room to improve. I won’t get into those details here. Santo deserves a heartfelt thank you. He’s a real professional, always available and able to get things done, no matter how demanding you might be as a tourist. He’s simply wonderful. Luna is another standout, a very skilled manager who’s ready to handle requests and solve problems. I also want to recognize the entertainment team, bartenders, and security staff. My respect to all of you. It’s worth choosing for a truly relaxing holiday, and I highly recommend the Premium package. Thank you to everyone, especially Santo and Luna.

Paying extra for the Premium side was frustrating because it didn’t feel like good value. I expected a more exclusive, relaxing atmosphere, but children were often splashing and playing around the Premium swim-up bar. At that price, there should be a noticeable difference. The food was mediocre at best, often unpleasant, with little variety and poor quality. Meals became something we dreaded. Rooms were dated, poorly maintained, and uncomfortably warm. The bathroom looked dirty and needed renovation and a deep clean. The pool areas also had visible mold and buildup that need much better maintenance, especially for a resort marketed as premium. Some staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, while others seemed unfriendly and uninterested, so service was inconsistent. I’ve stayed at many resorts over the years, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. Cleanliness, food, accommodations, and Premium amenities all fell well short of expectations. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The sunrise was 6/5 and customer service 10/5. We spent a week here with family, and the hotel met all our expectations. It’s old, but still manages to keep up with today’s needs. The grounds, location, beach, and general atmosphere all get 5/5 from me. Employees were incredibly friendly, always ready to help us enjoy ourselves, with a smile and relaxed energy. I had a couple of problems, and the customer service desk went further than I expected. I got very drunk at one point and lost my phone, credit card, glasses, and some other things. By the time I realized, they already had everything waiting for me. Shoutout to Joanie! 🫶🏼 I also needed a reimbursement because the card I’d used to pay for the trip was replaced before my holiday. Things got stressful as time passed, and the front desk couldn’t help as much as I’d hoped. But Carla, the Customer Service manager, patiently and professionally took charge and fixed it. Within two minutes of talking to her, I felt at ease again and the issue had a solution. I’ve been to many all-inclusive resorts, and the setup here is similar to the others, but this one is a must-return for me. If you want a guaranteed good experience, I recommend it. I actually considered staying another week, but had to head home. I left a piece of my heart at this resort. 💯 Carla, Customer Service manager, you’re the best! 🫶🏼

The outdoor areas are spacious, green, and very nice, though the property felt too spread out for me and was hard to navigate. That may just be personal preference. The hotel didn’t meet my expectations, and I think you can find a much better resort for only a little more money. The room was worn and clearly needed refurbishment. Food was repetitive and not especially tasty, with nearly the same selection all the time. Restaurant staff seemed poorly organized. Even with plenty of employees, cutlery and glasses were often missing, and although staff served drinks, we sometimes finished eating without getting any. I also got the impression some guests received better treatment, perhaps because they tipped. The main family pool needs renovation too. Many tiles on the bottom are loose, missing, or falling off.
