Maintenance is poor, and the pool is often closed.

It's quiet, clean, and feels safe. I love it here. The pool is kept clean and maintained every day.

It's a great location for a neglected place. The pool, which used to give you a jolt, is almost always green and unusable, and the dirt driveway turns into a river when it rains. The apartment was filthy. The washing machine, toilets, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, and air conditioning were all out of order. I don't recommend it.

The apartments are comfortable and in a good location. The pool is beautiful, large, and clean, and the beach is about five minutes away.

The apartments are very old, with almost no maintenance. When someone does come to fix something, the work isn't done properly. Ants come out of the electrical outlets. The lease runs for a year, and if you leave early, they keep your deposit. The manager always has some story. They're unscrupulous here!
