We found quiet spots without trouble and the resort wasn't too crowded, so we could enjoy the pool, beach, and lovely weather. The place itself is beautiful, and the service was friendly and accommodating. Jeffry, our butler, was always available when we had a question or needed something. We'd never stayed at Majestic Mirage before, though it wasn't our first trip to the Dominican. We loved the visit and would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Yokasta was outstanding, bringing energy and professionalism to every activity and making them fun. Her positive attitude and dedication gave us unforgettable memories. Thank you to her and the entire recreation team for making the trip special. We had an amazing vacation at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The entertainment team made the stay even better, and we'll definitely return.

Omar showed us around the resort when we arrived and checked in every day to see how things were going. Daury, the pool concierge, was one of the nicest people we met. Whenever we picked up pool towels, he was personable, started conversations, and made us feel welcome. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation here. The service was excellent, and all the staff were extremely nice and kept asking if we needed anything. We'd recommend staying here and would come back.

We felt safe and comfortable as a group of four women, and the staff, atmosphere, food, and drinks were all great. Mayquel, our private support for the trip, was the best. He made us feel comfortable, looked after our needs, booked private reservations, kept us posted on fun experiences, and was there whenever we needed him. It felt like he truly wanted to get to know us, beyond providing great service. He and the rest of the staff made the stay smooth and relaxing. If you're over 21, the "club" is a little silly, so don't bother checking it out.

We keep returning because the staff make each trip better. Jeffry and Candio were accommodating and easy to work with, and a big reason we come back. Lanny did a great job with the towels, and it was refreshing to talk with him and get to know him. Swim-up bartenders Wellington Alaina and Yimbu kept us happy and hydrated around the clock. They remembered our orders, chatted with us, and served good drinks quickly. Roberto and the rest of the entertainment staff were remarkable, engaging, and great to talk with. The trip wouldn't have been the same without them. This was our second visit, and I'll be back. Highly recommend considering a vacation here.
