Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

I spent five nights here with a friend. It was almost good, but still disappointing. For the price, the resort is decent, though I'd pay more for a better experience if I could. The beach vendors kept approaching us, including some affiliated with the resort, which got tiring when we were trying to relax. The food was okay but bland and repetitive, a 3/10 for me. Find the espresso machines early, and walk down the beach to the sister resort if you want more buffet choices. There weren't enough pool and beach chairs. People got up around 6am to save them for the whole day, so if you weren't out early, you were out of luck. Clean towels could take up to an hour, and they were often unavailable. The alcohol packages were a bit strange. The basic option gives you well-grade alcohol. Upgrading helps, but even after several drinks it was surprisingly hard to feel much of anything.

The animation team made our stay feel special, and I ended up joining in with the dances. They treated me like family, called me up to dance every night, and even other guests knew my name. We had a honeymoon dinner on the beach after sharing a special meal with six other couples. Our room was beautiful, a honeymoon suite, and it was cleaned every day. Thanks especially to Mileny and the Entertainment team, Adrian from the restaurant, Patricia at reception, and Emilio at the bar. We enjoyed every moment and loved everything about the hotel. I'd definitely recommend Princess Cana hotel.

It was my first time at Punta Cana Princess, but it won't be my last. The grounds and accommodations impressed me, and the staff were out of this world. Patricia at guest services was amazing. We dealt with her several times, and she was a delight each time. Frank and Adrian were wonderful too. We got excellent service from both of them at the beach bars, and they were kind and funny. I hope to see all these great people again when I return next year.

The hotel is clean and in an amazing location. The employees are nice and make you smile, so I'd recommend it. Shoutout to the animation team, especially mileny for her insane moves, eduardo, the best bartender, and gomez, the best night manager out there 🫶🏼
