The sunrise was the highlight for me. I got up early to watch the bright colors spread across the sky as the sun came up over the horizon, and it felt like a dream. I added some pictures, but they don't capture how it looked in person. I also took videos of the waves gently washing against the shore. Bavero Beach in Punta Cana is stunning, with clear water and sand that feels like silk underfoot. It's clean and peaceful, a lovely place for a long walk, sunbathing, or just taking in the views. The calm atmosphere, away from the crowds, made it easy to unwind. If you want a serene and beautiful beach experience in Punta Cana, Bavero Beach is a must-visit. Highly recommend it!

Clear ocean water and beautiful white sand.

I felt stuck here because I'd booked through Priceline Express Deals, which was noncancelable. It cost $231.00 a night and was rated four stars, so I expected at least a clean hotel. Instead, the lobby smelled like urine, and there was a foul odor around the property that seemed like black water. My room was in shambles: the bed had only a sheet for a cover, sand on it, and looked as though it hadn't been changed after the previous guest. The fridge and TV didn't work, and the bathroom trash was still full of the previous guest's sanitary paper. The safe didn't work either, even though the hotel recommends using it and says it isn't responsible for stolen goods. Both the buffet and the a la carte restaurant served terrible food. I eventually took an Uber elsewhere to eat, and the driver said he wouldn't stay there either because of the same complaints. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it to anyone used to a decent hotel.
