The people were crazy and the service was horrible. Stay away.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I left this “hotel” after just one night. The rooms offered to guests have no comfort at all, and despite making several complaints, I never got hot water for the shower. I suspect the manager keeps the system switched off to save money. He was also dishonest, threatening, and aggressive. He claimed I had stayed in this dump without paying, even though payment is made in advance. I have a receipt from him that proves it. He damages the image of the Dominican Republic. If you want a peaceful holiday, stay away from this place and this unpleasant man.

Everyone was so attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. It’s a welcoming, high-quality place that I’d gladly return to and recommend.
