Boca del Mar ll

The rooms were nice and had wall-unit A/C, though the building itself had none. The price was reasonable, with a grocery store a 4-minute walk away and the beach about 7 minutes on foot, passing other shops along the way. I’d live here again because of the price and convenience. The main downside is the noise and mess around the area. Traffic and commotion go on all night and all day, with loud speakers, music, motorcycles backfiring like gunshots, and a lot of trash nearby. The front desk staff were helpful, until one security guard started giving me a story to get me to give him money.

Isabel, the owner, and her assistant Edgar were extremely helpful with every question and made me feel welcome in a foreign country. I had a wonderful stay in the Boca De Mar Torre I Penthouse suite. It was clean and spacious, with a great view, washer and dryer, and appliances that suited my morning routine. The desk person and parking attendant were friendly too. The location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to the supermarket. There’s also a little Bodega right across the street that delivers.

The residence is just minutes from the beach and sits on the main street into Boca Chica. It’s centrally located and close to everything you need for a great time.

Our AirBnB host was Isabel, and she’s great. The apartments are nice, with what I believe is a range from 1-3 bedrooms. The 8th-floor units are arranged a little differently since they’re on the top floor. The rooftop photo was taken from Apartment 810 Torre 1 (Tower 1), looking west.
