We waited three hours for our food, and when it finally came it was cold. One of my guests threw up after eating. Our waitress seemed lost, vanished for nearly an hour at a time, and came back without the drinks we'd ordered. She never apologized for the delays. It was an awful dining experience, and I wouldn't go back or recommend this restaurant.

I've been trying to call for two days and nobody answers. Now I think the reviews might be right.

We waited about three hours for the food, and the server's response when I complained was that this was why she didn't like going out with old people. I had my 90-year-old grandmother with me, along with my elderly in-laws, and that comment was unbelievable. We had paid a lot up front, so we didn't leave right away. The place was extremely loud, with very loud music and a rough, neighborhood-bar kind of atmosphere. The DJ even said over the microphone that two prostitutes were sitting there waiting for a man with money to take them. I'd brought my whole family because the pictures made it look family-friendly, but it wasn't. Don't waste your time here.

The place was advertised as luxury, but it was poorly maintained and the service was horrible. Check-in took about an hour, and they still got it wrong. They tried to switch our room and charge three times as much, and gave us only one key even though we asked for two. The smoke alarm had a low battery, the shower dripped and never got warm, and my friend found a fly in her bed. I'm not sure the bathroom floor had been cleaned either, there was hair and smearing on it. The jacuzzi wasn't hot, just like the shower.
