Hotel Magic Tropical

You’ve got plenty nearby at Hotel Magic Tropical: a supermarket, laundry, drugstore, beach, bus stations, and other amenities. Las Americas airport is only 15 minutes away. The owner is very friendly, the staff are nice, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable enough.

The rate was good and included breakfast, and the hotel’s customer service was wonderful. The owner and staff were all attentive, and both the rooms and pool were cleaned daily. The coffee was delicious, too. Thank you, Lily, Wendy, y Celia! I plan to come back often.

I felt like I was leaving family when my stay ended, and I’ll definitely be back. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the hotel was very clean, with housekeeping and fresh sheets and towels every day. They cleaned the pool daily, too. There’s secure private parking, and the beach is within walking distance. The breakfast menu came with the rate and was excellent, as was the coffee and Lily’s & Wendy Service. The owner was transparent the whole time, with no hidden fees, and spoke multiple languages, which made communication easy. The place felt welcoming and diverse.

The staff in the kitchen and bar are fantastic. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with the best coffee, and they made great pina coladas whenever they had pineapples on hand. Everything was extremely clean, and the gated hotel buzzes people in and out, so it felt very safe. There’s a large, beautiful pool and patio, a covered dining area, a small bar, and a pool table. Camilla was a friendly, accommodating hostess who answered our questions and arranged a Saona island trip for our whole group. There’s also a fantastic massage therapist. Hotel Magic Tropical is just a short walk from a grocery and convenience store, the beach, and several great restaurants. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
