The rooms were the weak point for me. They felt below par for the experience and could use more work. The hotel itself is beautiful, with views of the pool and nearby beaches and attractions. The pictures are a little misleading, though not in a bad way. We had a small issue with utensils and kitchen appliances, but the staff responded quickly and helped us without making excuses.
The view and pool are beautiful, and the hotel could be excellent with better management. Service was disappointing: there was no currency exchange, they were very short-staffed, and there wasn't a bar despite the claim that they had one. There's no front desk, and credit card payments aren't accepted. The list goes on. Management is horrible.

Wonderful service and awesome views!
The internet is terrible, and there are no kitchen utensils. Mosquitoes were all over my room, especially when it went days without being cleaned. I went up to four days without room cleaning because there's no regular maintenance service. This place leaves a lot to be desired. I'd give it minus five stars, but the app won't let me.
