Danny, the security guard, was friendly and paid attention to what we needed. Paola, the owner, was just as helpful throughout our stay, arranging dinner for us each night and making a simple, tasty breakfast herself. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the stay was good value for the money.

We booked seven rooms, and there was something wrong in every one. The pool was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, and there were no towels, soap, or hot water. Bugs were everywhere, customer service was poor, and the air conditioning only ran from 11 pm to 5 am. After our two days, the owner charged us too much and said she would call immigration on us. This was the worst stay I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstances.

The location is handy, right by the airport, and the staff were nice. The hotel felt clean and safe, but our air conditioning didn't work and the internet kept cutting out.

We chose this place because it was near the airport and booked through AirBnB, where the owner had listed it. Just before we arrived, she said she couldn't access the money in her AirBnB account and wanted us to pay in person. She wouldn't refund us through AirBnB first when we asked, so we found another place to stay. It seems she may be using AirBnB as free advertising, and other people have apparently run into the same problem. I'd be cautious about doing business with them.

I arrived with my reservation confirmation number and date on my cellphone, but the manager insisted there was no reservation. I ended up paying extra for another room, which had no air conditioning, towels, or running water. The whole night was miserable. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
