Elio was so helpful when I accidentally locked myself in the room, and he got me out. The room was clean and had everything we needed, with good air conditioning and a big shower. There was plenty of parking too. Thanks for everything!

I like this hotel because it has the best restaurant in the area.

The price is reasonable and the location is good. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t given the room I booked, but it ended up being on the floor with much better Wi-Fi than elsewhere in the property. The staff tried their best to help, though they don’t seem trained for hotel work and only speak Spanish. I hope they improve the kitchen facilities and add some common areas, since that would make the place a much better offer.

The neighborhood was really bad and noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Mine was tiny, the smallest I’ve ever seen, with a small bed and no cupboard or anywhere to put my things.

It was close to everything I needed, and the staff knew their stuff and were extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and super clean, just what I was looking for. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks, guys, highly recommended!
