The security and room condition were awful. The locks were broken, and when I called the manager, she sent a man to check them. He said they were fine and did nothing. The cabinets were also broken, missing pieces, and wouldn’t close. My bed sheets were dirty, so I asked the cleaning lady to replace them. She said they only change sheets when a customer asks and the manager authorizes it. I stayed two nights, and they never changed mine. Breakfast took 15 minutes to arrive at the table, and it was cold, like it had just come from the fridge: one egg, mashed potato, three pieces of Dominican salami, and a cup of coffee. I was supposed to stay 14 days, but couldn’t manage another night. The manager didn’t want to refund me, so I asked to speak to the owner. After she called him, she gave me the money.

Old, ugly, and expensive. At 7am the staff start shouting and banging doors. The air conditioners shut off automatically at 6am.

It’s close to the city, with everything nearby. The hospital, public mall, pharmacy, and other places are just a 5, 10, or 15 minute walk away.
