La Romana Suites Residence

We had three bedrooms and the furniture was included, but only one room had AC. The AC was broken for four days. In the bedrooms and living room, the fan and light share a switch, so to use the ceiling fan you have to turn the lights off manually. Some cups were missing; we called the office, but two weeks later nothing had been done. The AC fan was left on the main balcony floor, which was worrying with our toddler around. The person handling the arrangement also told us to switch apartments the day before arrival because the promised one couldn’t be rented. The price wasn’t too bad for what we got, but these little problems cost it two stars. If you can manage with them, go for it. If you want lots of amenities, try somewhere else.
