Hotel Pegasus

They really did their best to help us have a good stay and take care of what we needed. We appreciated all of it. Had an excellent time!

The room worked out great for Carnival. We could walk to the parade and the cuavas.

I spent two nights at Pegasus Hotel and had a really nice time. My room was looked after and the whole hotel was very clean. Best to the team!

The condition of the room was awful: trash under the bed, sheets with holes, mold in the bathroom, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The AC barely cooled anything, and Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby. For what we went through, I’d never recommend this place or stay here again. Getting the reservation sorted out was a mess too. We tried to book ten nights a month ahead, but the staff initially wouldn’t make the reservation. One person eventually did, then a few days before our arrival we were told they couldn’t find it. We had to get in touch with that staff member to straighten it out. We arrived Thursday night, expecting to check out Sunday after ten nights. The following Saturday morning, they said the booking had expired and we needed to pay for another night to stay until Sunday. I argued with the young woman at reception and, over the phone, someone I assumed was the GM. They still said we were wrong about how the nights were counted, even though I counted them the usual way for hotel nightly charges. I’ve traveled for years and never had a worse hotel experience.
