The location is incredible, but the service was terrible. I spent two days calling about a gas leak in the kitchen and a broken AC unit, and neither issue got resolved. The whole complex also needs serious maintenance. For the price, there are much better options in the area, and I wouldn’t book again.

Every night we stayed during Easter week, people were partying in the street until almost dawn. The noise outside the hotel was so bad we couldn’t sleep. The streets and area in front of the hotel were chaotic. Don’t even think about coming here that week.

We had a power outage, and my child got locked inside the bathroom when the door jammed. It was a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation. There was also a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and we found several spiders in the room, including on the bed. With a small child, that raised serious hygiene and safety concerns. The property responded and communicated very poorly, and the issues weren’t dealt with promptly or satisfactorily. With the safety concerns, maintenance problems, and overall condition, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and had to make other arrangements. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone expecting basic safety, cleanliness, and reliability.
