My partner and I had a really enjoyable stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, and you can walk to the beach. Lee, the owner, was friendly and helpful, including when he arranged a scooter rental for us. He recommended a powerful scooter at a very fair price. The service felt attentive and well organized. Definitely recommend it.

Thanks, Lee, we’ll be back soon. He was patient, really helpful, and seemed to genuinely want to make things easier, even helping us find a motorbike to get around for a very convenient price. The location was perfect, and the room was pretty, with a lovely setting and quiet nights. The room had what we needed: towels, soap, AC, a TV, a small fridge, and somewhere to hang clothes. I’m probably forgetting something. See you again soon!

This is my family’s second stay here. The hotel is a charming spot in a clean, safe neighborhood, with parking inside the complex walls. It’s moderately busy during the day and quiet at night. The rooms are nicely put together and have AC, and ours had been cleaned on arrival, so everything felt fresh. The receptionist and staff were kind and upbeat. It’s about a six-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to the beach.

The owner is easy to communicate with and happy to answer questions. We’ve had other experiences in Las Terrenas, but we’ll gladly return to House Jardin del Caribe. It’s a lovely hotel, furnished and cared for with a lot of affection. Five stars for this stay. Marco y Monika
