Carla is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The place is kept to a high standard, and the facilities are great, from the pool to the guarded parking lot and the gardens. Highly recommended!

Las Terrenas is a beautiful, relaxing place in the DR, but staying here was anything but relaxing. The building felt unsanitary, and management was rude, unwelcoming, and hard to communicate with. The towels were dirty and smelled like wet dog, there were no toiletries, and the mattress left my back hurting. Worst of all, the comforter had blood stains. The photos gave me the wrong impression. I wouldn't return.

We own a unit in C block at Nicole Residence and absolutely love Las Terrenas. The residence is right in the middle of everything, so evenings are always lively and it's easy to enjoy the local culture and Dominican food. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and the area feels very safe.

Just an awful stay. The place was loud, the door knobs barely worked, and there was blood on the bedsheets. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the towels smelled and were dirty, and no toiletries were provided. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

The pool area was huge and stayed clean, and the location made it easy to enjoy town. The beach is a two-minute walk away, with great restaurants and everything else nearby. The place itself is beautiful and modern. I had my best vacation ever!
