We found the room clean, and the host was friendly. The grocery store is 30 meters away, the beach takes five minutes to reach, and a motorcycle taxi ride to or from the bus station is about eight minutes. Our room only had fans, no air conditioning, but visiting in late September, we thought that was okay. A very nice budget option.

When my flight was canceled at the last minute, they agreed to waive the charge and cancel my booking for free. Not many places would do that. I highly recommend them for their fair treatment and service. Five stars!

I had trouble getting proper rest because of the street noise, especially since my room was closest to the main road. The apartments themselves are great, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need.

Marcos was a friendly, attentive host. The villa is in a quiet, tree-filled spot, only a five-minute walk from the beach and close to bars, clubs, restaurants, and shopping centers. It isn't luxurious, but the room works perfectly for a few days in Las Terrenas, with hot and cold water, Wi-Fi, TV, a kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, and natural ventilation.

There were plenty of mosquitoes, and dogs barked through the night. The place is close to the center, with functional amenities and hot water, but it was only average value for money. At $43/night, no air conditioning and no welcome bottle of water felt pretty mediocre. I don't think it deserves its Google or Booking.com rating.
