Everything was in good order and worked, including the air conditioner, and there was hot water. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the whole place was very clean. You can watch films and TV series in English. It may not be a fashionable hotel, but it’s a good place to stay. Thanks for the service.

Good, clean place, and I’d highly recommend it. It’s handy for students renewing their visas since it’s near the embassy and Sambil.

I got good value for my money. Being centrally located made it easy to get around town.

The room was excellent for the price and location, but the service was questionable when I needed help. The water stopped working early in the morning, so I couldn’t shower, and I had to leave soon for a meeting. I called to report it, but nobody answered. Being left without water, not even enough to shower, was awful.

It was quieter than I expected. I didn’t see a single employee, yet the place seemed very well run. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was cozy, nice, and easy to reach. I liked my stay and would come back.
