I picked this hotel because the gay bars and clubs were within walking distance, and booked a room with a patio for the view. It wasn't fancy, but I got what I paid for. Can't wait to come back. I wish I still had the owner's number, and I made a few friends nearby who I know are waiting for me to return.

I paid for a room a month before my trip to Santo Domingo, but when I arrived the whole hotel had no water and I couldn't shower. They moved me to another hotel and gave no reimbursement. This was the worst nightmare I've experienced on a trip. Stay away, it's a scam.

Right in the middle of the action, this is a safe, simple hotel for a getaway vacation. The owner and manager is fantastic. Keep it up, Gilbert! Ciao, A.

A great little getaway hotel for the LGBT lifestyle. You know what you're getting before you arrive, so read the reviews.

A quiet hotel in central Santo Domingo, with nice rooms and good service. It's in the gay area.
