The staff were very friendly, and the stay was okay. Check that the room you get actually matches the photos. Sound insulation is poor, so you can hear people in the corridors and the nearby nightclub.

I spent almost two weeks at Lincoln Suites, and it was not worth the money. In my last week, the shower had no hot water. I reported it to the receptionist several times and was told someone would check, but nobody did. The tub area also leaked, and the toilet paper holder was broken. Neither issue was fixed, and my elderly mother fell because of that ongoing bathroom leak, even after I had complained more than once. Getting basic supplies was a problem too. Staff seemed reluctant to provide toilet paper, so I had to keep asking and finally bought my own. That’s embarrassing for a paying guest. The customer service was terrible. Management needs to make sure staff respond politely and professionally. This was my first stay here, and it’ll definitely be my last.

The pool was the part I felt unsure about. I worried about getting an ear infection and stayed out of it. I saw an employee pour some dark liquid into the water, but didn’t see anyone check the pH with test strips. Maybe they do, I just didn’t see it. There were good things too. The rooms were nice, with a lovely balcony view and an even better one from the rooftop. The location was ideal, with businesses and restaurants within walking distance, and a metro station just across the street that can take you around the city. The staff were friendly, though they often forgot when I asked for clean, dry towels or toilet paper. Housekeeping didn’t clean or restock my room daily, and I ended up buying toilet paper. There’s no ice machine either. I was there from 2/26/25 until 3/13/25. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. I’m already planning to.

It’s right by the waterfront, with a rooftop pool and a great cafe. You really don’t need to leave the place.
