The place didn't match its description, and the spa was closed. The women who cleaned were very nice, but beyond that I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with kids.

Margarita was a lovely host who looked after everything I needed and was always there when I needed her. The room was quiet, relaxing, and affordable. There are local shops and plenty of restaurants nearby, including some very good Chinese places just up the small hill. I recommend it 1000%, and I'll be back.

For the price, it was a solid stay. The room was ready when it should've been, looked clean, and getting in touch was quick. A good experience overall.

Everything went smoothly and was easy. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Great location in Zona Colonial too.

😭A terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. 😤 There's no reception or staff who take responsibility. A woman gave me the keys and disappeared, and there was nobody else to help. It felt like an ordinary house, even with a "For Sale" sign, rather than a hotel. The place smelled awful and was damp. After they refused to help or offer any solution, I had to go to the police to get my reservation money back. I absolutely don't recommend it. It doesn't meet the minimum requirements for accommodation.
