It’s a great stay once you arrive, though it’s far from PUJ airport, so we rented a car. There’s a small town about a three-minute drive away, with a supermarket, park, beach area where a new pier is being built, and shops like nail salons. It felt very safe to walk around. The hotel is really nice, with excellent staff, delicious food, and good amenities. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use. We relaxed on the beach and used the pool several times, and the bar and restaurant staff were excellent.

Chef Geroldo’s dinners were a real highlight, each dish taking us through authentic Dominican flavors. We were also so well looked after by Alfonso, Joel, Ronel, and Leo. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, with such warm hospitality and attention to detail. Our stay at the Marriott Miches Beach Resort was incredible from the moment we arrived. The service was top-tier, and we’ll definitely be back. If you want luxury, authentic food, and world-class service, this is the place.

Kayaking in the crystal-clear water was a favorite, as were the nightly shows. A real trip highlight was the grilled lobster on the beach. The spa was impressively clean and genuinely relaxing, and free round-trip airport transportation made the journey stress-free. The hotel felt like a five-star experience from start to finish. It’s secluded and peaceful, and with low occupancy during my stay, it was easy to access everything. The property is laid out well, so getting between the beach, pool, and other amenities was simple. Staff across the front desk, restaurants, and activities were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go further to make the stay great.

We spent a lot of time by the pool, having refreshing passion fruit cocktails and enjoying the lovely surroundings. One day the staff were grilling lobster while we relaxed on the beautiful beach. The property was beyond what I expected. The team were incredibly attentive and always went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. A lovely mix of relaxing time, good food, and excellent service.

Three pool areas and two beach entrances make this a nice option for families or friends. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff really go out of their way to help you have a great stay. There are in-house tour guides who can book boat trips, ATV rides, monkey watching, horseback riding, and other excursions. The spa costs $20 for the hot and cold springs, sauna, and more, and it’s worth it. Wonderful experience all around, wow!
