Karaoke with Andy was one of the best parts of our stay. He brought loads of energy and made the evening fun for everyone. The hotel was welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff were friendly and ready to help too. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

Dinner on the beach with that sunset view was a highlight for us. We’ve been to Emotions in Puerto Plata four times now, and it keeps delivering. The resort is just a few minutes from the airport, and the beaches nearby are impeccable. Carmen, Franklin & Amaury were especially friendly, and the relaxed atmosphere made it clear we could unwind over the long holiday weekend. I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The beach and pool were both lovely, and I could always find a chair. Towels were sometimes hard to get, probably because some guests overuse the service, so I kept mine for a few days. My room, 21409 in building 21 on the 4th floor, was spacious and beautiful, with a bed like a cloud. There’s no elevator in that building, but a kind employee at the stairs helped me carry my huge luggage up. The buffet had lots of choices through the week, including themed nights, and the coffee shop was a treat with its free cappuccinos. The weather stayed perfect all week, and entertainment was really proactive. Shoutout to Andy and especially OZIRIS, who’s new to the team and a star in the making. Narcisso from air Canada was adorable. Getting to and from the airport was easy, and it’s a great airport. I’m still so happy with the vacation and will definitely return. Some people complain about the food selection, but I wonder if they cook with that much variety every week themselves.

We had a great time in the Dominican Republic. The place felt clean, fun, and safe, with very friendly people. Room service was quick, there were plenty of room options, and the nighttime entertainment was great. Lots of open bars and nice cabanas on the beach too. All three specialty restaurants and the main buffet were amazing. Thanks!

The bike tour with Dexander and Carlos was awesome. They usually don’t run it for just one person, so I’m really grateful they made an exception. We had a great ride around the area, thanks guys! The resort is beautiful, the food is good, and the staff are so friendly. The one downside is they never seem to have towels available.
