Getting around was exhausting. There are stairs everywhere, the resort isn't wheelchair or stroller accessible, and the tiny, packed shuttles were constantly needed. My toddlers got tired of walking all the time. The room was badly outdated, smelled moldy, faced the street, and the TV never worked. There was no room WiFi, and even the WiFi I paid for didn't work. The food was awful and the menu was the same every night. It wasn't child friendly either. Ask for fries and you'd literally get five. Entertainment was okay, but about 85% of the staff were rude, and I complained to several managers. If you're not a member, they don't treat you well. Don't lose your wristband, either, because the fee is $200 US dollars. I've traveled all over the world and never felt so disgusted by a resort. I'm never going back.

Getting anywhere meant walking or squeezing into a small, crowded bus, and access to everything seemed restricted. We were told to be in the lobby by 9 a.m. to book dinner, but every restaurant was already full. They also advertise room service, but there wasn't any. I had to drive outside the resort late at night to get food for my kids, which is hard to believe at an all inclusive place. You have to become a member to enjoy the amenities. This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed, even after traveling to different countries.

The grounds are huge, so getting around takes a ride, but the resort's free shuttle runs every 15 minutes. There are several restaurants and lots of pools, plus a great beach with beds. Watch your step in the water, though, the beach is very rocky with big rocks. We had a wonderful time with family and friends, and I'd happily stay again. Highly recommend it.

The transportation was awful and there was no WiFi. They also took three hours of my day trying to sell me a timeshare. I said no from the start and honestly felt held hostage. I'm pretty sure the maids went through our belongings. Stay away.
